I am deeply committed to creating spaces that support profound personal transformation and reclaiming of extra-sensory gifts.

Rach is the founder of Pine & Prism, a healing collective devoted to ritual, rest, and local healing. She specializes in Reiki, microdosing coaching, and psilocybin-informed support, blending energetic practices with grounded integration and nervous system care. Her Reiki sessions are deeply restorative, helping release energetic blockages, regulate the body, and reconnect clients with their own intuitive healing capacity.
